    They overbook patients, they tell you theyre running 30 mins behind, when in reality youll be there forever. 2 hours later youre still not seen. I had to walk out, no respect for patients time. Office staff is rude, they rather talk about schedule changes and why they dont want to come to work that day. As youre standing there waiting for them to finish.Once theyre done having their side conversation they turn around and act like youre bothering them. Go somewhere else where your time and yourself are treated with respect. If I could give it 0 stars I would but I cant.

    Went to him for 5 years. Doesnt communicate well. Didnt diagnosis my severe dry eyes. Since taken over by West cataract in Largo the place has gone downhill. Would not recommend. Have since found a wonderful Dr. in Brandon.

    Can't trust Drs, never fall for the high IOP this the new way to treat a patient is called the glaucoma scare, and it is not about morals, ethnic its only the bottom figures that count.I was told by this Dr that I had high IOP, just to find out that actually I don't have it!

    The optical department is terrible. They sent me the wrong contact lenses and now will not give me a refund. The person who I have spoken to at the optical department is rude, completely unprofessional, and will not even acknowledge that they made a mistake. She just flatly refused to help correct the problem that was their mistake. I really need the other contacts that I was supposed to have received, but this person refuses to help, and is blaming me for the fact that they cannot refund me for the wrong contacts that they charged me for. This is terrible patient care and certainly poor customer service. It's sad because I have been a patient for several years, and this will end that relationship. Terrible company!!
