OK this probably sounds like someone was having a bad day. Michelle, who answers the phone when I pressed 2. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with you on a daily basis. I only wanted A little help but evidently it wasn't going to happen while you were at work. I was always told to treat people like I wanna be treated and with that I leave this review for Eye institutes of West Florida on Himes Ave

I went to see Dr. Kirsch on an emergency appointment he said I had floaters come back in a couple of months..I couldn't see out of my left eye & it was hurting.Yes there was nothing wrong with my retinal detachment which was corrected in 2018On Wednesday I saw Cohen Steven M MD@ Retina Vitreous Associates of Fl: my left eye pressure was 50 it was 27 on Monday when I saw Dr. Kirsch @ West Coast Eye Institute in Clearwater..Dr. Cohen recommended Advance Cataract Glaucoma Care.. Dr. Clinton Sheets..Yes i have Glaucoma in my left eye, still having problems with my vision. My vision was worst when I went to West Coast Eye Institute.. that's why I needed an emergency appointment..Choose your doctors carefully!!

July 12th, 2021... Follow up.Okay, so after my last contact, I was told that I would receive a letter explaining the procedure for getting my medical records from them. No such letter arrived. Further, the look at the rebuttal below. See the phone number? No one is ever there! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! If the counter staff is not double-billing you and messing up your Flex Spending Plan, then it is some back-office person telling you that they will do something and not do it! 'Same old story, the doctors are probably great but the staff is lacking.Even though and they have double-billed me twice, I still wanted to go the this place.Would love to have seen her but, I have a medically documented condition exacerbated by a mask which I said I would wear anyway and that I might have to take if off for a short period while social distancing if I felt the symptoms. So they said "okay" and set the appointment. Some time later I was called and told MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITY and that they would refer me to another provider. I asked for that other provider's name and then he said, he "misspoke" and he would not refer me to anyone and that my insurance provider would help me find another care provider and that I will be receiving a registered letter spelling this all out. He refused to allow me to speak to anyone else and hung-up on me. I never said I would not wear a mask, only that I might need to remove it for a short time while social distancing.Really this should be a "zero-star" as I did not see her....
