    Avoid this place if possible. Had a pterygium removed and had nothing but problems and ended up needing cataract surgery after .Plan on waiting 30- 60 minutes to be seen. I highly recommend The Bay Area Eye Institute. Bigger is not always better.

    I have never had such unprofessional service in my life. Reading glasses were NEVER tested and when they came back they were unusable. I have been waiting for my distance glasses for three weeks only to be told each time I call we should get them soon. What a joke. Meanwhile I am unable to drive as they took my old lenses.

    This is a horrible place. My husband has been jacked around for 3 weeks now with no glasses, no service, and being strung along. His reading glasses were a joke as the doctor never tested him and they came back the wrong color lenses, usable only if you held an object 5 inches from your face. The driving glasses are STILL not in after 3 weeks and a whole lot of BS. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else. These guys are a joke.

    very disappointed. Waited more than a month for this appointment, and then waited 40 minutes in the waiting room. finally asked one of the staff how much longer it would be, and all she had to say unapologetically was "there are many patients in front of you." why is a doctor's time more valuable than mine?

    More than an hour of wait time, less than 10 mins of talk time with doctor. Gave bad advice, telling me that I don't have lazy eye and there's no treatment options for me. Didn't seem to care at all.
