    Dr Jeffrey Schwartz has NO bed side manners. He is rude and does not listen to his patients. You are hurdled in like sheep. No questions allowed. AVOID this place at all costs!

    Most arrogant,hostile doctor I have ever met in my entire life, in this country and in the world where I have traveled widely. Usually, I like Indian doctors, because I am accustomed to them in my homeland. Also, in the US, I do have Indian doctors who are charming and wonderful, but this young twit Neel Desai, Oh my God! Did I deserve this? He is just hustling money!!!! Nothing humanitarian in him. There is however, truth in karma!!!!

    I called this morning to make an appointment for a complete eye exam. I saw their new office this weekend on McMullen Booth only 5 miles from my home. I told her I would like to make an appointment for exam told her what my insurance was and more than once she asked to you have vision insurance I told her I get one free eye exam yearly and its a 35 co pay after for visits. Then she said something about 200.00 dollars again I explained my insurance and suggested she checked if they excepted my plan. No response. She then asked me if I wear contacts I said yes. Well if you want eye measurement for contact prescription you have to go to Largo we do not have equipment here at this location. I was so stunned by this. Build a huge new office and they do not have equipment to handle a simple contact lens prescription. Totally ridiculous. I said I will continue to look for someone who can accommodate my needs she said thats fine.

    Be prepared to wait hours for your appointment every time. But make sure you never cancel or reschedule an appointment for an emergency or otherwise as he will drop you as a patient. What a shame because otherwise I felt like he was a good doctor.
