    Terrible business. They try to get u to sign electronically without being able to read what you sign. Then moan when u ask to see it or sign paper. In the end I wasn't seen since I told them I have blue cross when I made the appointment 2 weeks ago but then after wasting half an hour doing paperwork they say they don't take my insurance. Also wanted a hard copy of my covid vax which seems weird since they didn't ask for proof of any other of my vaxs.

    I seen Dr Desai and . I never got reminder calls . I had an eye surgery and was concerned that I was not going to get a call when my surgery time to come . The office manager called me on my cell and it did ring . I did get the call when to be there . I paid over 5000.00 cash for this over 3000.00 for my lens . I was told I will be able to see my computer with out glasses. I went to see this Dr on my follow up and told him I get fogginess off and on and was told it will go away. I had my 1 month follow up appointment today and they canceled my appointment no call to tell ,me just a wonderful surprise that he is not in this office on Mondays. When I came in and paid for the surgery they charged me the full amount for this surgery I have to pay !5 percent. I called several times asking billing to call me and you guessed it they never called me . I went in to the office and asked to speak to billing . To make this long story a bit shorter after bringing in my print outs of the surgery from the insurance company they called me and told me that I was going to get a refund . We will see if If my card will get the refund as promised . I have little faith on this facility once the money is taken it seems that they no longer care . Sad part is that I have to go back in there and see what line of B. S. I am going to be told when and if i ever get my follow up with this Dr. about what is causing this fogginess I have been experiencing on the this 3,400. 00 lens I paid for.

    Worst eye exam I've ever had. My specific issue was not addressed and dismissed, even after I explained it several times to Dr. LaPlume. Total waste of time and money.

    Comes on interested , caring, nice and ends with a flop of arrogance, losing his temper, losing patience, seem bothered in learning the many mistakes and areas of confusion and differences in directions. Didn't want to hear any of it.Belittling.

    Had cataract surgery with lense upgrade. They were fine in taking the money snd doing the surgery, however, eyes not tight still cannot see both near and far. Absolutely terrible follow up service. Could not see me, made appointment times and habitually late. MaKe you go back and sit in at forever. Uncaring, like herding cattle and eyes still in pain, blurry vision and seems to NOT CARE now they have been paid-upfront
