Came in due to a finger nail size looking "flash spot" or lightning colored spot in my right eye field of vision.Dr Kirsch didn't look at the back of my retina for tears..... just did an ultrasound and called it a dayMoreover he was downright rude.... A hostile attitude and seemed annoyed I was even in there.I'm a 38 year old guy, not a cranky old man.... literally never felt that kinda vibe off the dozens of various doctors I've seen.Would not recommend and I'll probably have to see a different opthalmologist to see if he was lazy in my diagnosis

A hostile attitude and seemed annoyed I was even in there because I'm "only 38 years old". This was after waiting over 30 minutes to be seen (3 PM appointment). Was seen after 3 30.Would not recommend and I'll probably have to see a different opthalmologist to see if he was lazy in my diagnosis

Dr Desai was very friendly and kind, unfortunately the people he had working in his office are not.My initial consultation was a complete disaster.I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and waited 3 hours to see the doctor. The receptionist said they couldnt get ahold of me but my phone never rang and I didnt receive any voicemails.I still went ahead and scheduled my surgery and when I arrived this morning they didnt have my name on their surgery list. I was told to sit in the waiting area. Then Jenny came out and started scolding me in the reception area in front of everyone. She said we are going to have to reschedule your appointment because you dont know how to answer your phone. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I got to her office I showed her my phone and said I never received one phone call or voicemail and told her that this was extremely inconvenient for me to have to reschedule. Her response was this is more inconvenient for us!. I told her she didnt need to be rude and she snapped back and said you dont need to be rude!. WOW.I had the option to reschedule in a month but I decided to leave and go somewhere where patients are treated with respect.Get new staff doctor Desai. I will warn people about how I was poorly treated and tell them to take their money elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Incorrectly billed/charged. been months since surgery we are owed hundreds of dollars. none of the bookkeeping is accurate. the receipts they sent us and the records they have dont match. they still owe us money but now are claiming we didnt pay for anything which is incorrect. half the time can't even get in contact with someone. HORRIFIC. 10000% DONT RECOMMEND.
