If you want a doctor that doesn't listen to you and that dismisses you as soon as you decline elective surgery, see Dr. Hairston. If you want a doctor that cares about you and your health and listens to what you have to offer about your health, go elsewhere.

NO!!! Dont go to this office, or this doctor! Run! My wife had cataract surgery in September 2020, they told her that our insurance only covered 1 eye and she would need to take a loan with care credit to pay for the second eye! The insurance actually paid for BOTH eyes and now we are still stuck paying care credit for the second eye! If you go here do not pay for anything in advance, wait to see what the insurance covers first! I think these guys are crooks and should be locked up, my advice is to run far, far away!!! We have notified the Florida Attorney Generals office too and still no action. We are just screwed! RUN RUN RUN!

I was referred here for an eye issue but the doctors wouldn't see me due to covid 19 even though I had a negative test from the day I got back into town. It's pretty pathetic and sad when the medical staff start to refuse to help people who need it. Didn't you take an oath to help people as a doctor? If you are that scared of disease or infection maybe you should have went into a different field of work.

This place is a joke. Choose another eye surgeon. They do not explain their procedures & results well at all. And more importantly they overcharge & do not refund what they owe you once your insurance pays them!

Been a patient here for several years. I wont be back. Took them 48 days to provide me a copy of my medical records. I suspect I only got them because I filed a Hippa complaint. Feels like a Dr. Mill. Felt like the MD had one foot out the door before he entered the room completely. Feels like a patient volume oriented practice versus a patient care oriented practice. The Dr. examined my eyes but did not discuss any findings of his examination with me other than stating my vision is normal. I use screen reading software, an enlarged monitor and other visual aids. My vision is far from normal. The Dr. made no attempt to explore or discuss my visual complaints, a list of which I provided his nurse screening me. He did not discuss any diagnosis with me but my records now reflect a diagnosis different from what others in the field have diagnosed me with. It is confusing why he listed a diagnosis after telling me my vision was normal. He was rushed and left the room as quickly as he could. If You want comprehensive care and a physician that listens to and addresses your symptoms Id suggest you pick a practice where the physician has a vested interest in addressing patient concerns at a private practice versus a Dr. Mill. I tried to address my concerns with management , the nurse, and the Dr. directly but he ignored my attempts and management either has no autonomy to make decisions or doesnt care about patient experience. I tried on more than one occasion to get the area director to call me but that request was ignored too.
