    Dr. Kirsch, Disgusting human. He DESTROYED my grandfathers eye. My grandfather went to with a detached retina- Dr. Kirsch, Unfortunately.. did the surgery. COMPLETE BOTCH. My grandfather is now COMPLETELY BLIND IN THE EYE OF THE SURGERY!! HE WENT THERE WITH VISION AMD LEFT WITH NONE IN THE EYE OF THE SURGERY. This poor man is now BLIND, There is so much to this beautiful world to see- and this doctor took this amazing mans vision.

    There must be some issue with communication between the staff.The doctor requested my medical records from the original cataract surgical center, but I had not heard anything. I went to ask the front desk at the Eye Institute of West Florida (Largo) and was told that they had received them. I was instructed to see someone who would know where they were, but she said they had not received anything. I insisted to check closely since the front desk told me they had received the records. It took a while until she found the records. She printed them out and said that she will take them to the doctor's office and they will call me. Since no one called, I emailed them and talked with the dr's nurse explaining why the doctor wanted to see the medical records and waited again patiently. The staff were not helpful or friendly. In fact, one of them said, "This is not my job!"I also inquired about the bill since I believed that I overpaid them according to the insurance statement. I repeated asking in writing, but I have not received any response for several months now.

    We went to see Jacob and she was very rude and rushing. She had no patience and took my face mask and pulled it roughly down to my neck. No one should violate the space and much less touch ones face.Will be escalating this encounter.
