He spoke over me, rushed me, didn't listen to me. I waited an hour and a 1/2 for him to come in for 3 minutes. I tried to explain to him what the emergency room doctor said as I had just came from there the day prior and was told i needed surgery. And he said he didn't care what the ER said because he was the spine surgeon and he went to school for it not the ER doctor.. very rude. He didn't even order any scans for further observation.

This doctor's office participates in DECEPTIVE and ILLEGAL billing practices. Do not go to this doctor's office! They will steal your money! I have never had to experience a billing issue like I had with this doctor. I had called prior to my visit to get the exact amount that would be owed. They told me they checked my insurance and that I had not met my deductible and gave me the amount which I would owe and which I paid upon visit. Two weeks later I get a bill in the mail for TRIPLE the amount. They are a scam that will LIE to you up front in an attempt to STEAL your MONEY!

This has been my second appointment and its unfortunate the wait times. Today was the worse of them all, I wanted 40 minutes for my appointment - Just for the front desk to advise it would be an additional 40 minutes. I unfortunately had to leave without seeing the provider. What a big inconvenience!

Discriminates and refuses to accept coverage if you're on COBRA insurance. Makes you feel like the bad person and your fault if you have that insurance. What's the difference from having your own insurance policy or COBRA? Nothing.

They diagnosed me with a pinched nerve but gave me no print out. Gave me useless steroids for treatment and useless pain pills that didn't help. They also told me i could return to work. Im in severe pain at work. They won't return your calls and when you finally get them on the phone they just want more appointments and xrays. All about money.
