I went there because I got a referral. The person who took me back was incredibly rude and obviously mad at me for being in pain and walking slowly to the exam room. She didn't bother to hold the door, even though I am in for spine problems that present in the shoulder and arm. After being combative in basic intake information and being told they couldn't see me for more than one symptom, I limped out.<br><br>The front desk, told me they had no policy against multiple symptoms, but 'maybe' it had something to do with the doctor. Which I asked if they had spoken to the doctor, and the reply was yes, but they wouldn't confirm or deny if the specific doctor wouldn't see patients who have multiple symptoms, so I requested my refund and left. The doctor nor manager could be bothered to straighten it out. Despite being in a extraordinary pain, and not able to get an appointment elsewhere quickly, I couldn't trust my health to this office.

Was in major back pain and needed to see a Dr immediately. Called to schedule a apt, was told I would get a call back from the nurse to schedule with a Dr, didn't hear back from them until a week later. By then I already found a new Dr that was willing to schedule me in. I don't recommend this place.

I went to Dr Patel for back pain. I had a previous back surgery done by another doctor. The last time I visited the other doctor they gave me pain pills and told me to come back in 2 months. I was unhappy with that and sought other advice. When I told Dr Patel the other doctors name he ranted about how good the other doctor was, he was a good guy and he saw him socially. He seems to be insulted I questioned his friend. Extremely unprofessional! Arrogant. Not patient centric
