This place is a joke!! Had my records faxed on one Friday, called Monday & was told I would hear in 72 hours. On Wednesday I called them still not reviewed by Dr. Called Thursday & was told she guaranteed to call me by Friday. At 4 o'clock I called Dimi & was told the Dr had still not reviewed. I don't recommend dealing with this clinic ever. I have DDD but they didn't give a rip!!! Please don't use them!!!! If Dr Cooper doesn't have time to review new patient records he needs to stop accepting them!!! I am mad as heck about this!!! I was crying when I called on Thursday because the pain was so great!!!!

Going through a PA is common. However, when all questions were answered to the PA's satisfaction, Patel cut off all pain medications (after his back had deteriorated, and he'd had a kidney removed). This to a man who put 20 years in the military, then another 20 years as an EMT on an ambulance. He didn't even have the courtesy to talk to him. His answer to the withdrawal was "you can go to the ER."
