This place is infuriating. When you call there is a long menu, and no extension will ever answer the phone anyway. So you have to leave a message and just pray they call you back. Then when they do call back, they are very annoyed to have to be talking to you.Never again will I be a patient in a chain facility like this again. You are no more than a person in line in a fast food restaurant to these people.GO ELSEWHERE.

Had a referral from the ER, the guy in the referral office was rude about scheduling and seemed mad that I couldnt answer the phone in the middle of my work day. When finally able to talk failed to mention that I would need proof of an insurance close out from a wreck I had four years ago that was not related to my current back pain (the wreck in question was a fender bender, my airbags did not deploy). When trying to get clarity on why he wouldnt answer and just said that I can not been seen until I send over the insurance documents. I dont even know how that is pertinent to my case considering I didnt even go to the hospital. On top of quite literally everything else he requested I send over before even booking my appointment he also just refused to pronounce my name correctly, minimal but also just kinda shows how rude he was. Literally corrected him three times that my name is Colette and pronounced as Co-Lette. He continued to call me Coy-lette. Im having to look somewhere else to get seen as I cant even get my appointment scheduled because of this guy and his lack to answer/clarify questions. If you have a referral I suggest trying to go to a different office.

They sent me a reminder the day of my appointment to let me know my appointment was at 2:30 pm. I drove 1-1/2 hours and arrived 20 minutes early. The front door was locked and the sign said the building was closed. I don't appreciate them letting me drive 3 hours round trip, and burning up 1/2 a tank of gas only to find out they were closed. They could text me to remind me of my appointment, but couldn't be bothered to let me know they wouldn't be open. I won't be going back. If that's any indication of the way they do business, I don't care to do business with them.
