There needs to be a better more time sensitive way to get a follow up appt. I have trying for several days to get an appt with the person assigned and each time I call back and respond to her voice mail I have to leave a message. I was only able to talk to someone in charge of all the locations.

I went for a middle back issue but he addressed my neck. I didn't go the the ER for my neck. I have lots of issues to address but today, today was for my back and he didn't even look into it. I left confused, angry and in tears. IDK why I was sent there. I was told to follow up with Neuro, not an Ortho Urgent Care. The ER gave me the number with an Neurosurgeon as the follow up. Why did I get sent to see a PA that wouldn't listen to my history to explain what happened better, he just brushed me off and cut me off while talking to get to HIS point. I will never go back to CORE. O you were partially paralyzed for two minutes from happened that shot thru your thoracic spine? Here, let me see your neck. just kept pushing nerve blockers on me. I had to PAY FOR THAT SERVICE. i can't run. I can't swim, I can't do much of anything anymore and finally decided to go get help and THIS IS WHAT I GET??
