I am giving him a star because that is the lowest rating I could give him. Very rude and quick to tell me my MRI that was taken at a different facility was of poor quality yet a radiologist was able to read it with no problems. I was told that I needed to see a psychologist and a psychiatrist because I have anxiety and depression. I am not a doctor but I am pretty sure dealing with pain and no sleep at night will cause depression. He made me feel as if I were making these things up yet my MRI report tells of a different story. I left there in tears and feeling worse than when I arrived. I would give his staff five stars for putting up with his rude arrogant self!! Seriously, if you are needing help this man is not the one to go see!! Stay away from this place!!

This place is all for physical therapy, not surgery. They only perform non-risky surgeries on patients they believe will achieve 100% success. Staff is very pushy for physical therapy, I guess that's more profitable.

Very disapointed in how I was treated December 12, 2018 at the Southlake office. My appointment was at 8:00 and I arrived at 8:15. I didn't get called back until 8:51 am and continue to wait in a room...finally at 9:30 I asked the nurse how much longer and she inform me there was two other patients in front of me and she didn't know. Bad customer service.

He didn't listen to me in any way shape or form. My comments and concerns went in one ear and out the other. My knee was twice the size of the other and he told me that if I needed/wanted pain meds then I needed to go to the ER. To top it all off, he wouldn't even let my wife use the restroom to pee. He said it was for customers/patients only, mind you I had just paid him for the visit so that should've included a bathroom trip for her. Overall, he just didn't seem to care.
