I filed a grievance. The doctor did not review my MRI notes, refused to touch the part of my neck and quickly was dismissing me when he got his "telephone call que" to end the appointment. Didn't listen that physical therapy had no results 3 years prior. Still prescribed PT and meds to wrong pharmacy. Total incompetence and a waste of my time.

Really what office now a days has no wifi..it's a spine surgery center and no wifi. I don't think it's due to compliance, but probably duento cost and don't want to spend theoney to maintain.

Not good! Seemed to be more interested in $$$ than he was my problem. I had to pay $400 or go though PT before MRI and x-rays could be done. Since I have insurance, I chose PT. At the 1st session the PT guy told me that they could do anything for my back. After 3 sessions my back was worse than when I start so I quit going. I did get the MRI and x-rays. After several days, I had not heard from the Dr office, so I called and left a message that I wanted to know the results of the MRI and x-rays. After about 10 days they finally called and wanted me to set up another appointment. After the run around I had already got, I told them no and that I would find another Dr.

Doctor has sent over 2 referrals. It has been months! When you call you are place on hold.. this time 29 minutes.. someone picks up then hangs up. HORRIBLE customer service!!! It is now May. The first referral sent in February. We have never spoken with a person.

After the pain returned after my last Rhizotomy, My previous Dr had moved back to India. After having a successful experience previously, I expected the same outcome with Dr. Garriguas in Prosper, unfortunately, that was not the case. While waiting for injections for bursitis, and in pain, I was left on a table for at least 10 minutes while He saw another patient. While not able to get off the table I yelled out for help and was then told they were running late by his assistant and helped off. After waiting another 10 minutes I left. X-rays and an MRI, and a blocking procedure were completed I was hopeful for a more professional treatment and to find relief. At the surgical center, however, the nurse comes in and has my allergic medications incorrectly, and tells me I'm having one side done, which was also incorrect, I felt uneasy.... but when Dr. Garriguas comes in and starts having a conversation about the pain level I would be experiencing during the procedure that should have taken place while at an office visit, I was shocked and afraid. I had felt NO pain during my previous Rhizotomy. While losing confidence in staff and this Dr. I was still hoping for a positive outcome and to feel the relief I had previously experienced 5 years earlier. Afterward, I still feel no difference, no relief. I'm very disappointed. I expected at least to receive a call from his office asking how I'm doing, but nothing. Too big of a hurry, overbooking of patience, no explanation of treatment prior to service, no follow-up. Can not recommend.
