Worst customer service ever. <br>As a new patient, I arrived 10 minutes before my 12 noon appointment, waited an additional 15 minutes before I was able to receive the new patient paperwork. When I turn in the completed papers, the receptionist said she would be able to check me in at 12:30 for my 1:00 appointment. I understood my appointment was at noon, her response, I guess they had you come in early. <br>Urg! Now I am suppose to sit here for 45 minutes.

If I could leave zero stars I would of . I only saw the doctor once. He was arogant and didn't seem to care however it is the despicable, hateful and uneducated staff that has earned my low score. They are rude, unprofessional and just plain old hurtful. Beware of this office

The dr is great it is the admin that doesn't take care of patience. My wife for a month trying to get the prescriptions that she needs but the admin sends it to Walmart and they don't have it. Also they had my wife come out of the dr with out being in a wheel chair, She was still drowsy. Would not recommend this dr and the admin.
