At first Dr and staff was great. Once I cancelled shots procedure to decide what I wanted to do things changed. I was also using diagnostic for VA claim and when I asked them to correct my branch of service and year in service I could not get any responses back. Messages went unanswered and phone calls not returned. And its so difficult to talk to anyone..phone prompts and answering machine. Definitely dont want to do business with someone that you cant reach and not get responses from.

Spine Team would not see me until my litigation was settled. Then they needed a letter from attorney stating case had been settled and closed. All of this took time, while I was in pain. No other clinic requested a such a letter. I made several calls to find out when I could schedule an appointment. I was told they never received the letter from the attorney, which he faxed over a couple of weeks ago. When I called a few other times and left messages, I never got a call back. Several weeks went by and now they are calling me to schedule an appointment. In the mean time, I called another Neurosurgeon who did not need a letter from my attorney, he worked me in the next day and came up with treatment plan. Spine Team doesn't seem to be worried about patient care.

"You can reschedule your procedure when you have the money" A DIRECT QUOTE FROM THE FINANCE DEPARTMENTAnd they don't charge you for office visits... THEY ADD IT to the cost of your procedure making it MORE. Cool. Insurance in this country is a joke and the Dr offices just make it harder. BETTER HOPE YOU HAVE MONEY...OTHERWISE NO MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR YOU!!!

The scheduling manager has flat out refused to schedule me due to a misunderstanding of them believing I have had a accident on a date that I never had a accident. A complete waste of a referral and a waste of about a month of my time. I have never been so frustrated and would suggest to not even bother taking your business here if youve been involved in a accident within the last two years.
