Already a paitent but wouldnt see me because I may have been in a car wreck. Im not calling my insurance company to fax you anything. Its not your business and it not the reason Im seeing you. Plus in Texas insurance companies can raise your rates just for calling.

They got all my information online, they made the appointment, I drove to Rockwall in pain only to be told Dr Kivuule can't see me because they have not verified my insurance. It's BCBS of Texas, not some off the wall insurance and they had my information yesterday. I'm not about to let someone cut on my back that can't even make a successful appointment!!!

Staff in their office ruins it for dr the staff is the worse I have ever seen never been so abused by a doctors office trying to give me meds I am allergic to that could kill a person no regard from the office..

Dr Miller has been great but I was just referred here by Dr Wilkins to see Dr. Zaryanof. Came to my appointment 15 minutes early and they told me my appointment was cancelled?? I never received a phone call, email, and no voicemail. The staff that is scheduling and making calls needs to get it together. The front staff needs to also get a clue when it comes to customer service because she kept acting like it was my fault that I didnt pick up a phone call that I never received. They have my phone number, and email and have been to this office previously.

This Dr does not care about the pain that his patients are feeling. He has the amazing ability to be able to climb inside of your body and determine how much pain you are having. As a nurse myself, I have witnessed many Dr's just "blow off" their patients and he definitely did that to me!! That big fancy office building is not enough... You need compassion and empathy for others and he does Not have that!
