Dr. Colgato is a quack. I went in for upper back pain. This man sends me to have my neck x rayed and proceeds to tell me i have carpal tunnel in my hands!????!! Not only that, but he should be familiar with my insurance and what it Pays for. I was sent to the wrong imaging place. Dr. Colgate performed a procedure in office that he knew was not covered. Because of his negligence, i have $400 in bills and a bogus diagnosis. Fyi...i have never had problems with my hands or arms. Also, he refused to prescribe me anything for the pain even after he shot electricity down my arm and caused severe pain for 2 weeks.

My husband was in severe pain with a vertabrae pressing on a nerve. They seemed to think he wasn't in "that much pain" unless you've experienced this you have NO idea what the pain is like. After injections that didn't help we called 5 days later, the Dr. Didn't call back for 4 days?! He is now having surgery with a fabulous Nueroligost surgeon at Baylor next week. The minute we called their office & told him about the pain... Can't work, were self employed, it's how we eat they got him in the next week! Bypass these people & go to a nueroligost! By the way- when we were in the waiting room the first visit at STOT their was a lady waiting when we walked in. When we left she was still there. She was clearly in pain & it made me so sad for her. Again I don't know her situation but reading all the negatives about this place just affirmed it for us
