When I saw him about my back, after my MRI, he told me everything would be fine with physical therapy (gave no time frame for improvement), and that if I should need surgery it would be outpatient. This caused me to waste several months and also money on plans I wouldn't be able to complete. Then when he decided surgery was called for, he was going to do soo much stuff that it would've likely killed me. And to him it was just UNHEARD OF that I wouldn't have somebody living with me 24/7 for the next 6 months. Well, that had to be resolved before surgery, and also, when I was in a real state of emergency, this lump of ice was going to waste EVEN MORE time running me around all over town seeing every doctor you can think of, including a PSYCHOLOGIST -- a quack who probably knows no more than I do -- who might go, gee, you're not jumping for joy over your back being a wreck, so we can't fix your back till we sort out those "issues." I dropped him and found a doctor who would help me!!

The receptionists are so rude. Only one receptionist Ive dealt with has been nice/friendly; any others that Ive dealt with are completely rude. Spine team Rockwall is amazing, as well as the physical therapy team there, but the receptionist for the spine team are not.

I was referred at this place by my doctor. At the intake questions they refused to treat me because I had a workers comp back injury 31 years ago !This is very odd and makes me suspicious of them.I am 65 years old. Very well off. And have been retired for 11 years. So buyer beware.

My insurance, BCBS federal employee program went out of their way to call this provider before my appointment to make sure everything was in order and I wouldnt have any problems getting the medication I need. I am sick and tired of being treated as a drug seeker and who knows better than my own insurance that I am not a drug seeker? Well, I left doctor Bergs office today without the medication I need so I will be experiencing some serious withdrawals starting tomorrow. I waited a week and reduced my medication in order to make it an entire week for this appointment. Now Im left trying to pick up the pieces. He shouldnt be a preferred provider for bcbs any longer and if I have anything to say about it he will he dropped off the list. I am filing a formal complaint. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. One more thing, Dr. Berg was sure to mention my appointment with Dr. Kabule six months ago when I walked out of his appointment because he failed to recognize my mid back pain and to
