I took no less than 10-12 phone calls from this place to be able to schedule an appointment. Extensive screening to see if I was a pain med seeker prior to ever scheduling the appointment. Once I cleared that screening, I was a able to schedule an appointment.I was asked to change my appointment time to accommodate the doctors schedule and did. I was given specific instructions to call before I arrived, no answer from nurse or front desk. Left standing outside front doors while they verified my appointment (meanwhile potential COVID patients walked by for testing next door). Sat and waited for an hour to be seen at the DOCTORS requested time. Walked out. Ridiculous.

Very poor business practices, they never call you back . There is a nurse named brook there that should never deal with the public at all. And when you ask for your medical records they totally ghost you! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! When you have pain you want it to be takin care of as fast as possible and the staff here doesn't do that! Go somewhere else if you want help!

I called to make an appointment on 7/9, scheduled it for 8/10. Got an email with instructions to fill out my medical history and another one saying when I get there to wait in the car until I am called (due to COVID-19). On 8/10, I drove to the office, arrived 15 min early. I waited over 20 min, nothing. So I called and left a voicemail making sure I shouldnt just walk in. No call back. When I finally decided to go in, the receptionist told me that I didnt have an appointment. She told me that somebody called me on 7/23 to reschedule. When I asked which number they called, they had my number wrong. And they didnt follow up with an email or otherwise. And they couldnt see me today - I had to come back...I drove an hour to get to the office, wasted PTO and still didnt see anybody. I am so mad! Not going back there!! Clearly they dont care about me.

Disorganized and unprofessional. Can't be bothered to answer questions. Had one person telling my PCP that my appointment is in person. Another person telling me that it is virtual. I asked them to communicate with me only through patient portal since I am hearing impaired. They agreed, but continue to call anyway. Took 5 days to get appt set up. They might have decent doctors, but I'll never know because getting through the nonsense to get to the appointment was too much frustration for me.
