Dr. Kibuule hit an artery and said he was unable to fuse the discs. His comment to me was he mucked up and would not attempt another surgery to fuse the discs. I am in worst shape now than I was before surgery. I can only stand and walk for about 10 minutes, cleaning my home is near impossible. My daughter said he told her I was to fat to have operated on. If that was the case than he shouldn't of operated on me in the first place. I have a thyroid problem I eat right so before you judge

My doctor referred me to this clinic because it's on the list of references from my insurance company. For a long time, no one called me to confirm that my documents were received, and to make an appointment with the doctor. A specific doctor was recommended. I called back myself, I was told that due to the nature of my problems, they must first consult with the doctor, ask whether he will be able to accept me. After that I called there several times. It's been over a month. The clinic staff has not yet been able to talk to the doctor sitting in the next room and find out if he can take me. I can not say anything about the quality of medical services and therapy, because after a few weeks I did not even get an appointment. About me and my repeated calls forgot, without having shown a little interest. Therefore, the lowest rating is given not to the doctor, but to the quality of work with clients.

I was referred to Spine Team by my PCP. I have had horrible debilitating headaches and neck pain for several months, and I saw Dr. Darnule. I was asked to do a survey on a tablet before he even entered the room about depression and anxiety. I couldnt figure out what the heck this had to do with my pain but I filled it out according to my level of pain and how many days a week on average I was having constant pain. Some of the questions were like I feel blue... or I feel suicidal... and then multiple choice answers although I dont think never was even an option! Then he entered the room, briefly did some feeling on my neck and reflexes and went on to discuss my MRI. He kept telling me it could be this, but you dont have this... and then ended up saying your symptoms arent matching up. Im sorry??? I couldnt figure out if he was trying to accuse me of lying or being a medication seeker. He wanted to refer me to a pain psychiatrist and to do PT which I had already been doing and still had a month of pre scheduled appointments. I left in tears, and felt like i was crazy, like I was made out to be a junkie who only wanted hydrocodone (made the mistake of being HONEST and saying out of the 3 meds I had been given so far that was the only one that worked). What I was looking for was a Dr. to help me figure out why Im having these horrible headaches and nauseating neck pain. I called my PCP in the parking lot and saw her the next day and was referred to another doctor(who is AMAZING and helping me) who looked at my MRI and saw 3-4 reasons why I was in pain!!! I dont like leaving negative reviews, and This is actually the only one Ive ever left. I will say that am a 38 yo female, I have a sleeve tattoo and a nose ring But i am by no means trashy looking, I also happen to be married to a cop. Not sure if I was singled out for those reasons or what the deal was. I just know my PCP said it sounded like he had hi mind made up before he even came into the room.

Worst office ever! I was referred here by my family practitioner for pain management. I had previously had really good visits here UNTIL I had an emergency.<br>I was a patient of Dr McPhersons but saw his PA for the last few visits. I was called back into a room only to have my nurse called out. She was gone about 10 mins then came back in and said "you are seeing Dr. P today". I asked what was going on and she said she didn't know. ( BS)<br>I was asked to do a urinalysis which I did expecting no issues. Next thing I know Dr P comes in with a severe attitude telling me I was doing METH!!!!!! ( I couldn't believe my ears) I asked if that could be the diet pill phentermine that I was on only to receive more attitude. I was told he sees this twice a week and it basically the urine test doesn't lie but final results take a week. He has no clue I have a sister dying with only 15% of her heart working and a son in rehab for Meth. I was put down, disrespected and humiliated! The conversation got heated, I was upset and crying. I HAVE NEVER DONE DRUGS IN MY LIFE! It gets worse. He reprimanded me for "violating" the narcotics agreement. Said they do a DPS report and that I had a narcotic filled by another dr. ( I told him I had a procedure done with a plastic surgeon and filled my rxs, I didn't think my T3 for my back had anything to do with different type of rx for my plastic surgery). I was talked to severely after he said he could lose his licence and that he was stopping all meds and referring me. I was in shock!!!<br>He reprimanded me again for not doing a nerve study and a procedure for my back pain. I told him I couldn't afford surgery center being a cash pt and he suggested I do it without anesthetic. When I saw his PA the for the first time, he disagreed with Dr P and suggested an injection in the office, I went with this since it was WAY less expensive. Dr. P said that the PA is entitled to his opinion but he was his boss! Then asked me how much my plastic surgery cost and said " I bet that was a pretty penny, huh!"<br>I left the appt after Dr. P said he was exiting the room, I walked out after that. My drug did come back the following Wednesday absolutely clean except alcohol. I said I am not giving up the occasional glass of wine. I then demanded an apology which I got a standard.. " I'm sorry and wish you well" which probably came from the nurse reading me my results in which she said she thinks that's a good apology. She then faxed me a referral and list of other pain doctors.
