    The office failed to let me know that I should have an MRI with me on my initial visit. The first thing Dr. Patel said to me was, I wish you had brought me an MRI. It is the courtesy and responsibility of your practice to inform me what is needed for my initial appointment. The lack of communication and detail to scheduling completely wasted Dr. Patels time, and my time as well. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. I arrived at 9:05am. I was not seen by Dr. Patel until 11:15am

    Doctor McPherson great the staff is bad told me my procedure was not covered so she cancelled it i called United health it was covered called all day to set new procedure staff won't call back they only want to give out pain meds if you do t want meds they don't help you taken 4 weeks to get shot of had 20shots in last 10 years usually takes one day

    This place is horrible, I developed to pain under my shoulder blade. Was told by my chiro that I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I had to wait for two hour to be seen for a fly by visit by a nurse. Told me an MRI before I could get medication. Waited for 10 days before MRI was ordered. Had I disc problem, told I needed shots first .... waited two weeks in horrible pain before the shots. Then told I needed surgery.... told not to go back to my chiro cuz it would make me worse. My pain was so bad went to ER twice, before going back to my chiro. Finally got scheduled for surgery, by now my neck is feeling better..... I was billed 38,000 for all the treatment that did not work. They called my and ask me to have the surgery. I won't go back. It will take me years to pay the bills....

    POOR DR SERVICE!!!My sister has a fractured T-11 & T-12. She had an appointment with Dr. Kabuule today, May 4, 2017 @ 12:45. She brought what she thought was her MRI disc and she found out after 2 hrs of waiting that it wasn't what was needed. The DR didn't even come in to speak to us to tell us that he needed the MRI before he could property diagnosis her.....he sent in a nurse and the nurse told us. The nurse also said if we just wanted to talk to the DR he would come in. He never came.

The nurse also said if we just wanted to talk to the DR he would come in. We asked for Dr. Kabnuule to come in so we could ask questions and he never showed up. We finally walked out and I told the nurse that obviously he didn't care a thing about my sister as a patent as he wouldn't even come in and talk to her. Terrible patient service!!!!!! STAY AWAY!
