yes they are all about the money...... if you don't have insurance that pays all and a big bank account don't bother. they claim to have a payment plan but you need at least half up front (which is a lot of money) or they tell you to get out. the doc's are great, have no problem with them, the staff horrible, snotty girls no idea about anything cannot answer questions and don't care if you exist or not. now the big question is? do the doc's tell them to act like that or do the doc's know how they act? I want a doc to tell me to my face you are to poor and I cannot help you......

I have major spine problems, and know dozens of doctors. Go to a quality Dr. for a second opinion please.

Spent 3 hours waiting in the lobby just to be told they wouldn't see me as a new patient because I had a closed and settled worker's comp case from 8 years ago for a completely different body part than what I was coming in for. My attorney faxed them multiple documents showing the case was closed and listing the body parts in question yet they still refused to see me. This place is a joke. When you come in it looks like a 24 fitness gym or something and they are pumping people in and out like rats on a conveyer belt. The level of care is clearly minimal yet they survive on referrals from other physicians. My physician will NOT be referring anyone else to this Walmart of spine care. Save yourself the headache and go to a real doctor that is a neurosurgeon. You can look them up online and find dozens of good neurosurgeons here in the DFW area.

Spent 3 hours waiting in the lobby just to be told they wouldn't see me as a new patient because I had a closed and settled worker's comp case from 8 years ago for a completely different body part than what I was coming to them for. I had to have my attorneys fax them multiple documents showing the worker's compensation claim case was closed; they even faxed a page listing the body parts in question, yet they still refused to even have one of their "doctors" see me. Read the other reviews on Yelp and Google and see for yourself... they refuse to see patients for a variety of absurd reasons with absolutely no logical explanation. This place is a joke--don't even waste your time.

When you come in it looks like a 24-Hour Fitness gym or something and they are pumping people in and out like rats on a conveyor belt, or in their case, dozens of patients walking on treadmills, hence the 24-Hour Fitness reference. The level of care seemed minimal from the 3-hours of observation I got to "enjoy" while I waited to be told they wouldn't see me. It appears they survive on referrals from other physicians. My physician said he will NOT be referring anyone else to this "Walmart of spine care." Save yourself the headache (and 3 hours of your time) and go to a real doctor such as a hospital based neurosurgeon. You can look them up online and find dozens of good neurosurgeons here in the DFW area.
