I went to see him, nervous about my situation, understandably, as I was off work by my primary care doctor's orders, and in the process of applying for disability. After a brief neurological exam he said my C-spine images didn't correlate with the weakness in my grip, and though I mentioned to him that my primary care dictor also suspected I had carpal tunnel syndrome, he indicated he thought a psychiatrist could help me. Said, in the report to my primary doctor, that I had "tangential thought process" which means the patient goes off on tangents unrelated to the topic at hand. I'm sure the arrogant, skeptical, presumptious attitude he displayed did affect my attempts to express my symptoms and history, but I never strayed from the topic, tried to tell him that the weakness in my grip is real. I left feeling very downheartened. Within a few days I went to a neurologist who did and EMG and who said not only is my neck a terrible mess that could cause the weakness I have in my hands and arms, but that I have a severe case of carpal tunnel in both wrists and he advised wrist braces and surgery as soon as possilble. What a total waste of my time and money going to this arrogant, haughty "physician" Rothbart. Don't expect him to listen and consider anything other than his first, and in his opinion, and very superior thoughts on your condition. I'm only giving him one star because there's no option for zero stars.

THIS IS WORST PLACE YOU POSSIBLY GO! They are all about "pain management" meaning plying you with drugs and useless injections. and $$$$$$$$$$! Front desk staff was sooo rude I am getting bills for things from 2013.

All about the money! Have bulging disc in back. Was referred to this place by my doctor after having an MRI and X-rays. On first visit I took my MRI and X-ray results with me and was told I needed more X-rays! Of course! Because they have their X-ray equipment to pay for! The Doctor said an injection would fix the problem but wanted me to try therapy first for 6 weeks. I did not get relief so upon arriving for my next appointment I was expecting the injection but was seen by an assistant of the previous doctor and was told my pain didn't seem bad enough for a shot and was given ibuprofen and told to come back in 6 weeks! Tomorrow is my next appointment. I called saying it still hurts and ask if I would get the injection this time before I drive all the way back to Rockwall for nothing again and they told me NO it would only be ANOTHER EVALUATION since it had been over 30 days since my last visit! I cancelled my Appointment! I got no treatment after 2 appointments and what would have been 3 appointments had I not called first! It was all about getting as much money out of me as they could! I knew when they told me I needed more X-rays on the first visit that this was a money trap! Do not go to this place!
