My husband had injections there. The people were friendly and nice in the beginning. They had gotten prior authorization in July from our insurance but the authorization had lapsed by the time he had them in December. We got a very large bill in January and after calling my insurance company I told the billing office what needed to be done for insurance to pay the claim heard nothing from them after that, got a small bill and paid it, thought it was fixed and over with. Today I got the very large bill yet again. Called the office and got a very rude billing person name Sherry that stated they had filed the claim and it had been denied and had 24 hours to pay the amount in full. Considering that I can be just as rude as she was I informed her in a very not nice way that I had already done her job and filed the claim myself since she had no clue how to do her job. Little did she know that I had already spoken with my insurance company before calling them and had been informed that they had not received anything from Spine Team. Luckily I have a great insurance company that allowed me to file a claim myself and get the retro authorization that is needed to pay for the injections. I also need to add the injections did nothing for my husbands pain and still cost quite a bit out of pocket, they offered to do more injections, thats not going to happen.

Its all about the money with him. He collected off Medicare, United Healthcare and me. Put me thru 4 procedures and then wanted to put a stimulator in my back. Took MRI disc to another dr. and I have 4 bulging disc and I need a spinal fusion. Wouldn't take my dog there.

Very disappointed. I called to make an appointment for my 14 yr old son for Scoliosis and they wouldn't see him because they only treat 18 years and over. I have never in my life heard of that before. I understand they are not a pediatric service but it did not matter to me if they were or not. It's usually the other way around... Most pediatric Drs won't see patients older than 18 but most Doctors/Specialists that are not pediatric will still treat adolescents under 18. I know that is their policy but just weird to me.

Yes, terrible experience!! I came with back pain a level 10 pain. After a wrong adjustment from a new chiropractic. I do have chronic pain from fibromyalgia I know it because I have I for 17 years. This is different, and is visible on my back , The pain is unbearable for the last 2 weeks, after the adjustment. I went to family doctor and he called this doctor on my behalf. I came in and his assistance told me to answer a questionnaire and I did. The questions where like "have you feel sad in the last 2 weeks?" etc. is the type of self help questions that you can find online. Hello! yes I have been sad, because I have pain. Never expected that these questions were going to be used to diagnosed me with severe depression. How is it possible that depression is the cause of a visible dent on my back and horrible pain? Didn't even take the time to hear my complaint. The bill presented was a large one. Very disappointed
