Very professional and friendly staff. However, on two separate occasions within the past month they informed me of participants with a procedure that I was going to have that did not accept insurance, and that I would therefore need to pay for their services out of pocket. The first was for the anesthesiologist for my cortisone injection. The second time, they told me I would have to pay for the physician's assistant out of pocket for an upcoming surgery. I cancelled the surgery. We pay too much money for our health insurance only to be told by a provider that our insurance doesn't cover certain participants of procedures or surgeries. I found another provider that is fully covered for my needs. (The Carrell Clinic is amazing).Update: Run away from this place. Their billing department is truly the most condescending and rude department I've ever worked with.

The doctor I would give a 10+The staff I would give a zero. Called 3 times yesterday including a message (which was at 11:15am).No response. I called today 4 times I get ahold of a employee I say I don't want voice-mail I need to talk with someone and they continue to put me into voice-mail.This is a problem.

Dr. Zhang was EXCELLENT. He was an outstanding communicator and asked me throughout the exam if I had any questions. He spent a great deal of time discussing my situation and was very thorough in his desire to help with my concerns. He asked if I was comfortable with our plan for improvement instead of just telling me what he was going to prescribe. It was an extremely refreshing experience, and I found his knowledge, concern, and attention to detail exceptional.

Dr McPherson was on top of my past surgery (s) and really go to the area of concern. The doctor and staff are very accommodating. Still wary of COVID, the staff were constantly cleaning.
