Dr. Kibuule does not care about people that have been in a collision that requires legal representation. Once you mention that you have a lawyer he doesn't even have the common courtesy to tell you why he will not treat you. Once he found out that there was a lawyer, he left the room and didn't even have the common courtesy to tell me face to face. He left the room and had a physician assistance come tell me. If he has a good reason, he could at least have the decency to tell people in person

DONT GO TO SPINE TEAM TEXAS! THEY WILL TELL YOU INSURANCE IS IN NETWORK AND THEN YOULL GET A BILL FOR OUT OF NETWORK. WHEN YOU CALL TO QUESTION IT, "ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW, NOT THE JOB OF INSURANCE VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT." AS IF ANYONE AND EVERYONE IS AN INSURANCE VERIFICATION SPECIALIST AND KNOWS WHAT TO ASK! WHAT A JOKE. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0000 STARS THATS WHAT I WOULD DO. AND ON TOP OF THAT, THE DR MY HUSBAND SAW DIDNT EVEN GIVE US CORRECT INFORMATION. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

This place is awful. I didn't get to see a doc because they decided without even talking to me that they would not accept me as a patient. All they had were the records from my pain doc which cost me $35 to send them. I could have saved that but they wouldn't accept the disc from me because I might have tampered with my records. And why exactly would I do that? I tried to give them a referral letter and an MRI report, but they wouldn't take that either, so even though I suffer from scoliosis, chiari malformation, a lumbar spine fracture, a herniated disc and am in constant pain, they decided I didn't mean their unknown requirements. So after all this I received email wishing me a happy birthday. How stupid! Save yourself a lot of time and go to Texas Back Institute. They were very nice, very accepting, and went well out of their way to accommodate me as a patient. They have been really great so far.

Doctors are great but their billing and records department are horrible. better make sure you stay on top of them. I called to get medical records sent out due to an accident to get reimbursed for two weeks and every time they answered they sent me to somebodies voicemail. I would call back and same response, they apologized they hadn't gotten back from receptionist but still never heard back from billing department. after 2 weeks I took a half day vacation to go get this addressed. upon arrival on Thursday they told me they had just been sent and again apologized for inconveniences. i had drop date to get these medical records sent and received by Monday to apply for reimbursement, i found they sent them on Tuesday and was not able to get reimbursed for all my out of pocket for the accident. now I am still trying to get to the bottom of it, and they wont see me again because they say out of the thousands I paid out of pocket I still owe them 249 dollars. What is my time and suffering worth?
