I would give this clinic 0/5! My son was running a high fever early in the morning on the day of appointment. As a mom, I had to call his pediatrician as the first thing in the morning and I went back to work in the afternoon. When we came back one week after, they asked me to pay 25 dollars for the now-show fee in order to make another appointment three months later. After we came back home, we contacted another eye clinic and make an appointment in two months in order to get his vision report submitted earlier to the school. We came back and cancelled the appointment with them and asked if they could returned the 25 dollars. They said no b/c this is their policy for no show fee. We explained the situation and they still refused to refund the money. I would say he was in an emergency and we were not be able to let them know earlier. We did not do it on purpose. They are very inflexible. What if we did not go back to reschedule and never pay the fee? I am very unhappy and would definitely not recommend this clinic at all.

The staff are very friendly and professional. We love Dr Ko. However my 99yr mother-in-law found the length of time to complete the appt very daunting.
