    The nursing staff were very professional and made me feel at ease during my examination. Dr. Skilling was thorough and took the time to ask if I had any questions. A very personable doctor!Having to pick your optical prescription up at the optical sales desk made me very uncomfortable however.

    We took our nine month old in for his fist eye exam, as we have a somewhat significant family history. The facility is clean, well kept, and hosts an art gallery. The staff, for the most part, were cheerful and happy. The appointment was for 8am we were taken back at 8:18am. Dr. Skilling has a great demeanor and was a pleasure to interact with. We did not feel rushed and all of our questions were answered. His examination was thorough, contrary to my experience with another pediatric ophthalmologist in town that I would not recommend to anyone. I willbe back as our needs progress. My only concern would be the delay in taking us back as a first appointment, as I am sure would mean later appointments would experience a greater delay. As it were, I took the day off and we had no where to be but bear that in mind when making appointments. Overall I would highly recommend Dr Skilling and his team to any one needing Pediatric care in this field.

    Had Surgery with one of their doctors came back a week later to see him and they said he was no longer there. Seems that I had to stay by the main desk to get the reason for his leaving. His surgery was incorrect on my eye lid and I was hurting and tearing like crazy. Went back and they said they could not do anything for over a year. I am still in pain and they have not done anything as of yet. A lot of folks say that the place is like an elderly care center and things go slow. Well I agree with that I waited 2 hours to be seen for 15 minutes. Some one needs to get their act together or there will be some Legal issues to come up and that might get the ball rolling or stopped dead cold.
