    Dr Louie is wonderful as was the receptionist and young man who did my pre appointment procedures..checking pressure, sight readings, dialating my eyes.BUT I had a10:20 appointment and did not see Dr Louie until after 12:00 noon. The back waiting room emptied 3 times before I was finally called. There was never any communication as to WHY. When I asked I was told they were just very busy and short techs up front! I was there before 10:20, checked in promptly, then seen by a tech placed in the back waiting room to waitI think y paper work got misplaced! I was frustrated!

    Ive had mostly great experiences at Eye Associates. Having a damaged eye Ive spent a lot of time in eye doctor offices all over the country but Ive lived in Tallahassee almost 40 years and have had several doctors at Eye Associates. Yesterday when I left the building I was expecting the sun to hurt with my dilated pupils but it wasnt terrible. I got home within 10 minutes and was able to read and my pupils were small. Im wondering if they have new dilation drops that wear off quickly or if my drops were defective or what?

    It is nearly impossible to make an appointment because of the associates. I had a referral from another doctor. They never called to make an appointment. When I called them they said I was not in their system and said that they would call the other doctor and call me. They never called back. I have glaucoma and have to be treated quickly.
