EDIT 11/15/24: Just had another appointment, but for a different reason. Same results though. Appt was for 7:30 am. I arrived at 7:22 am. Didn't see Dr. Weaver until after 8:30 am. He was in the room for just about 2 minutes. So a 25 minute drive to the office, followed by a 1 hour + wait, to be seen by the doctor for barely 2 minutes (I'm being generous on that time amount). And while I greatly appreciate the response to my review from the office, I can say with 100% certainty I've left my number more than once and not receive a call back. My wife had the same experience. So now I might call, but if no one answers within a reasonable amount of time I'll try another time. I don't bother leaving a message for a call back.Initial Review: Overall they are very good, and the care I've received over the past 10 years has been excellent. The only negative comment I have is the wait times are becoming increasingly long. My last visit on Nov 6th I had to wait 45 minutes before the tech even brought me back for the start of the eval. Calling in to the office is even worse, with wait times in excess of an hour. I've opted for the call back function but unfortunately more often than not no return call comes through.

Dr. Weaver was excellent. The appointment scheduling phone system did not work for me. After 2 unsuccessful phone calls and very long wait times to schedule an appointment, I stopped at the office to inquire about seeing a doctor for my husbands eye infection. The intake person was quick and efficient with an appointment scheduled for later that day.
