Takes forever to answer the phone. Make an appointment and expect to be seen an hour later. This happens almost everytime.

With such a large business you would think they would hire enough people so that you could somehow reach someone by phone regarding your appointment. You either stay on hold for half an hour or more or have them call you back which takes just as long (45 minutes for me) and then if you happen to miss the call you're back at square one waiting again - just to make an appointment or ask a question! Does not give a good impression of the place.

The doctor and the nurses were working hard, but the scheduling sucked. It seems like they are trying to handle more appointments than they have time to see. My appointment was for 10:00 AM, I arrived 10 minutes early. After checking in and paying my co-pay, I sat in a full waiting area for an hour. I was then looked at by a PA and then had to wait for a room. 5 minutes later I had tests and then had to wait in the back waiting room for the doctors exam room to open. I was then taken to the examination room to wait another 10 minutes. I saw the doctor and then was led to another waiting area to wait for scheduling my next appointment, 10 more minutes. I ended up spending over 2 hours for about 15 to 20 minutes of work. I can understand 45 m. Or an hour, but two + is bad.

I think your young techs need some sensitivity training. Im elderly but not senile and didnt expect to be talked down to. I am fully able to discuss my problems and history of my condition. Dennis was the one highlight of my visit. He carefully explained what he was doing but didnt talk down to me. He is a star!
