    The scheduling department and communications with me while trying to reschedule left much to be desired. I was told my appointment would be in Perry, FL because my doctor's schedule changed. I tried for a week and 3 calls to get it changed to Tallahassee where I usually go. They did not changr it so I drove to Perry on 9-25-2024 for an 8:10 appointment. When ai arrived they were closed. I called and they said they sent out a text blast to all patients saying they were closed due to hurricane Helene coming. I never got any notification!I called on Monday, 9-30-2024 and was on hold to speak to a representative for 30 minutes and finally pushed one to have them call me back. I got a call later in the day and was told I would have to wait 2 months for my routine yearly check up. I told them to schedule me with a different doctor and was seen the next day.While I was being examined (and Dr. Trafton did a great job answering questions and informing me of how my vision was) I got a text that I was rescheduled for an appointment with my eye doctor in November...in Perry.LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE OFFICES!
