    Staff was great. Very efficient, kept us moving like a herd of cattle, friendly and then I got to the doctor. He hushed me any time I tried to speak, scolded me and advised me to put my belongings on a table as if I were a child, would not listen to a word I had to say (in fact told me to be quiet until he was ready to speak with me), told me to refrain from asking questions or speaking until the end when he would inform me of what was going on in detail. The end came, he said something to his tech, got up and walked out not telling me a thing. In fact leaving me asking the tech what was going on. She looked terrified to be working with him, the other staff looked like they were scared he would go off at any moment and I still dont know whats going on with my eye that Im losing vision in. The pharmacy wont fill my prescription because of the way he worded it and they have been reaching out to the office for two days (so have I) and I still havent gotten my prescription filled. Great staff, my doctor was horrible. 5 stars for staff 1 star for Dr. Weaver.

    Apared at a certain time and called soon after (5 stars). In the preparation to the doctor, the machine didnt work right (1 star, not the problem of the techs there.) I had to close ay left eye with my finger, to get the machine to work only on the right eye: 1star) We got it done (5 stars for the workers) and then when taken to my designated doctor, I had to wait (3 stars: understanding about but executive guess waiting) in a nice waiting room. Its a $$$$$$$+ place. Please be sure every machine works. Ill be back and I like Dr. Traxton. But you asked.

    I am pleased with the doctor but not the wait. I had a 12:40 appointment and didnt see the technician until after an hour wait.Also when I finally was called to the window a woman was already at the window. The intake person thought she was medidnt he ask her birthday? And then her name. Luckily I spoke up. The check in system needs some work.
