    My sons had a new patient appt there today and we weren't allowed to shut the door due to covid so when I asked the tech Sarafina about the privacy of the patient she didn't answer until I asked for another tech. Then she answered and said she didn't know how I wanted her to answer. From the beginning of the appt she gave us attitude due to me correcting her on how my sons name was said. They have "signs" that said that they aren't allowed to shut the door. But they aren't posted every where. Shouldn't one be posted by the front desk where you sign in at? I am not understanding this offices polices because they have you sign hippa privacy statement but won't allow you to shut the door while in a exam. So medical information is what yall protect not the patients rights to a private exam.( update as of 10/24/2021.) Now this office is trying to charge me for missing a appt. When I showed up and got treated horrible as stated before. You call and nobody answers or contacts you back.

    Eye Associates of Tallahassee is an outstanding practice. I have been going to their practice for over 15 years and have always received excellent care. I have an eye condition that requires monitoring and Dr. Trafton and the entire team are always attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Eye Associates of Tallahassee for excellent care in a professional practice.
