Here we go again. They are trying to collect a "20%" co-insurance when we've met everything for the year, including our out of pocket. Last time, in May, they did this and ended up refunding it, albeit days later. The clinical staff and Dr's are great. The billing office needs help. Money is to tight right now for needless headaches like this, not to mention the way this office is set up, everyone hears your business.

Every time and I do mean every time I have an appointment, theres an hour wait time. It doesnt matter how early the appointment time or your arrival. Be prepared to sit and wait.

Update: I reached out and spoke with the writer of the response. The discrepancy was due to the fact I had since changed my name. Sara was very kind. Unfortunately, the person this was escalated to has not called me back yet. As I mentioned to Sara, I'm not going to continue on this. I'm moving on and my current provider's office is working around the lack of records since I need new contact lenses urgently.-----I want to preface by saying that it has been some time since I've visited for care. The reasons for that were the egregious wait times and the difficulty reaching a live person. I liked the staff at that time in the Contacts department and the techs, but I didn't care for the doctor's demeanor.Why am I just now reviewing? Because, to my chagrin, I have the displeasure of having to reach out to them. My current eye provider has been attempting to get my records, as have I. I have been trying to get records off and on for at least a year but usually providers will say don't worry about it when I explain that I have no access.Well unfortunately I need a copy of an old lens prescription, otherwise I will have to wait months until my provider has availability for this. I've been on hold, requested through the portal, and nothing.I'm happy to see that they seem to have quite a few positive reviews. Perhaps I've been specifically unlucky with this office, but if they can get me my own records I will never contact this office again.
