I made an attempt to schedule an appointment and the girl was extremely rudeshe wanted a detailed description of my problem to schedule the correct appointment I was as detailed as I wanted to beI am entitled to somewhat privacy and dignitynot only is she not a doctor but she is there to schedule that appointment not to make me feel worse then I already feltwhen I told her she was not a doctor and that I would prefer to discuss it with my doctor she said oh really? And hung up on me when has that been okay? Where is your professionalism? Where is your sympathy and empathyobviously when you are calling a doctor its not because you choose but out of necessity and here she was trying to humiliate me with her ignorance

I just called and spoke to a very rude agent. I don't understand why would guys want to bill my medical insurance if i know it won't cover a regular routine visit. Theres a reason why i have vision insurance.

Went to see him, he didnt listen to me, told me in a rude way to put my items down, cut me off any time I asked a question, said he would explain at end of exam, explained nothing.
