    I had a traumatic eye injury and he did not want to spend the time fitting me into a contact lens that would give me the best possible vision given the circumstances. He told me my eye was not "aligned" with my other healthy eye causing me to have double vision. Tried to push me in the direction of his in house contact lenses and said these would be the only ones that would work. I refused and told him i wanted to try a different brand/contact that is specifically made for people with my conditi

    The front desk seemed irritated with me that I asked how to get into my patient portal. I called back many times, and it was never resolved. All they said is that 'they weren't technical people'. So I called the portal company which couldn't help me because they said it was the office's responsibility. It's not the first time there has been conflicting information.
