    Saw Dr. Kato on June 14, 2021 about macular degeneration. He could/would not treat me but said he would send a referral to another Dr. No response so I called two weeks later. Still no referral. Called again on July 12, was told they would call me that day. It has now been one month since I saw Kato and no response. They do not seem to care.Update: This negative review got their attention and motivated them to address the issue after another week and said the Dr. they referred me to would not take my insurance. I have revised the rating.
