    Eye associates staff and Dr. Kato always go above and beyond for their patients this visit was not unusual from others they always are top notch! Would recommend them highly.

    Front desk staff were extremely rude and seemed to be focused on other things outside of doing their job. Had to wait 45 minutes to be checked in after signing into the queue.

    Made an appt over the phone had to adjust my date due to personal reasons was not informed about a cancellation fee until I tried to reschedule. Was informed that if I did not pay it I would not be accepted as a client. Extremely frustrated!

    Will charge a $25 cancellation fee even if you dont sign the consent form for over the phone appts, if you do not pay they will not accept you as a patient.

    Management is terrible and abusive to employees, they dont follow proper procedures within the company. Use and abuse the employees, environment of lies and deceit.
