The staff is kind and attentive, even when the clinic is very busy. Dr. Ko is a wonderful doctor, precise, conscientious, and a good listener. I choose EAOT even though they are out of network for me, because I have confidence in their competence and caring.

The reason for only 3 stars is they do not answer the phone. You have to wait days to get a call back. Right now, ive made 10 calls since Thursday with no answer or return call. Yes, I have attempted to get thru using every option available. Americas Best answered every call I made.
