    Dr. Ko is an excellent surgeon. I had no issues after either cataract surgery. I did follow her instructions to the letter. She answered all my questions and had a calm demeanor, which helped me to relax. Support staff was professional.Check- in procedure could be improved, Really no need to go to the front desk, on a follow-up appointment when no money is due, if you check in electronically on the lobby computer.H highly recommend Dr. Ko for cataract surgery.

    Dr. Weaver and all of his staff are professional and friendly. Always treat us with respect and courtesy. Seldom have to wait to get in for appt. We have had great success with the surgery Dr. Weaver performed. Vision was 20/20 the next day!

    Rude and unprofessional. Now I understand why there are so many negative reviews for this place! How many weeks should it take to get a call back (after several requests of leaving a call back number) for an appointment? The administrative staff needs refresher training in customer service. I'll go somewhere else and more likely be treated with some respect.

    From "you don't have an appointment with us today, but they'll see you" (I found the card THEY wrote it on in my purse by the end of my visit) to doing the EXACT exam they did last month when I was told today's appointment was to discuss possible surgery, today was just all wrong. And they charged me another co-pay. Now that it's all over and I see what just happened, I'll be finishing our business with the lens fitting and not returning. I read these other reviews and just heard yet another horror story from a co-worker! Eye Associates has problems! Also, from your responses to other reviews "you take great pride in...." uh. No.You.Don't. Fix it.
