I was referred to Dr. Louie to have a small bump on my eyelid removed. The receptionist, Amber, very rude for whatever reason barely acknowledged me, as this was my first time walking into this establishment. I had no idea I had to sign in on these small monitors by the doors but eventually figured it out when I was standing up for almost 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I was expecting to have the bump removed but came to realize they needed to observe it on their own before anything could be done. Fine. Totally understandable. Also, Dr. Louie apologized for the misunderstanding and stated that she would credit my copay to my next visit. Now, here we are, almost a month later and nobody remembers anything about a credit for my copay. Im writing this review because my experience was truly saddening. I wasted my money and felt totally disregarded and disrespected. I will be finding a 3rd eye dr to figure out this whole situation. Also, Amber was rude both days and just seems like a miserable individual. Good luck if youre referred to this place.
