    I think Dr. Ford is great, but I waited an hour and a half for my appointment. The office management is not good for that to happen. Its happened to me before. Its not fair to the doctors either if theyre so overbooked that an hour and a half or two hours behind at the end of the day.

    I was here for over 2 hours. My appointment was at 820am, I arrived early but checked in late as another patient was at the check in. Another 4 of so patients check in after myself. Of those 4 they all had later appointment times and were called back before me. I was finally called back around 850. The nurse or doctors aid not sure of her actual title did everything from checking the prescription and dilation. She moved me into another room to wait for my eyes to dilate. Then I'm moved to another room for the doctor to look at my eyes. She comes in all happy chatting up a storm with others. She looks at my eyes, has a student look at them and tells me I'm good to go. I feel the care offered was subpar the doctor only spends 5 minutes with you? I understand there's a lot of patients but de clutter your schedule and call people back in the right order and maybe you won't be as rushed. With all this I plan to find a new eye doctor. Even if I have to drive an hour. It's still better than sitting around a doctors office for 2.

    Professional, cutting edge, but personalized experience. Dr. Ko is truly dedicated to saving my vision, and her refreshing approach to my progress and fine tuning my medications for retaining my vision is foremost. I highly recommend Dr. Ko, none better!
