Well I went in for a routine eye exam and to update both my contact lenses and glasses RX. On the phone no one mentioned getting my eyes dilated. I even asked and was told I could set up an appointment later to dilate my eyes if the doctor wanted that done. I arrive for my appointment and I was notified that I was getting my eyes dilated. I suffer from migraines and getting my eyes dilated always leads to one. That is why I asked in the first place. I was told that wasn't happening so I schedule my appointment for first thing in the morning. Had I been told I would have done late afternoon appointment so I wouldn't have to endure work all day, staring at a computer screen with a migraine. I was told that if I refused the dilation I would not been seen that day. I had taken time off of work for this appointment so I went ahead with it. I made it known that I was told something different and they acted as if that would have been impossible. The tech was useless. My eye exam was hurried and proper care was not taken. They did not have my new lenses in stock so I had to go back and pick those up. Well, I could not see out of the contacts. My visions was warped. I called and they said with new RX it can take a moment for your eyes to adjust. I went somewhere else and found the my lens RX was completely different. I had no issues getting into my new pair of lenses thanks to another office. I will never go back here.

Staff very professional with good interpersonal skills. Dr. Ko is a good doctor, to be under her care. Thanks to all for making, what could have been a somewhat traumatic experience, most comforting.

After 2 years of the wrong prescription and others hurrying me in and out of the office, I finally feel like I am seeing properly again.

It was a waste of time and money for me. The reading glasses they prescribed were useless. They did immediately refund that purchase, but the eye exam was overpriced and not helpful.

The optometry staff are terrific and customer service oriented. The ophthalmology staff are always kind & professional. The last time my eyes were checked with an eye chart the new guy was incompetent. He ended up looking up my prescription. The physicians are second rate. They do not offer current options for treatment of glaucoma. They also do not have technologically advanced versions of equipment for testing. They do not perform the latest minimally invasive surgical procedures or laser. In response to your reply 11.12.19. No, none of your physicians do laser. I don't have questions as I can read their qualifications and procedures they are qualified to perform. No, your equipment is not up to date as I've been to first rate places in USA.The young man that last checked my vision couldn't figure it out and went to your optometry department to get my prescription. Last time I had an OCT on your machine it was done by two adolescents who were there for a summer job and not interested in becoming doctors or PAs. This is not professional care. I had to request my OCT be performed as well. Seems odd as I've lost significant vision in last year but have to remind your staff to do yearly tests.
