Front desk staff was not very pleasant nor knowledgeable of the differences in the Drs thats at your location. Informed I would not be seen if I didnt t pay co-pay. This was preventive yearly visit and not the specialist.

The fact that they are open on Saturdays is the biggest plus for me. The wait time is less because there arent that many people there. In and out within an hour.

very efficient, dont let you sit around. Dr. Kato is Great and always gives great care. Makes sure my primary gets a letter (I have diabetes) in time. Would recommend him!
