We asked one of the secretaries why the delay for my husbands appointment, we have been waiting for an hour. Her answer was: we have six Drs. and they each see 35 patients a day and we do not have enough rooms. We are just busy and there is nothing I can do. So my husband and I decided to leave. We went to the secretary and told her we cannot wait any longer. We would like another appointment. She said it will be next April!!! Unbelievable!!! If it was not serious it would be a joke. We are on our way home.We like Dr. Louie but are upset about the clinic employees lack of care and consideration, and the long wait.

My visit was very nice. Dr. Louie was polite and addressed my question to my satisfaction. I would recommend her to anyone needing total eye care!
