Great floating restaurant (it's an old ferry?) to get a drink or a meal. They have a large parking located right on the docks in downtown Portland.

I enjoy coming here not only because they offer free parking, but they do have a sit down bar to the left side after you've entered if you want to avoid the wait. I typically come here during off hours or while I am in the middle of a lengthy wait at another restaurant. I usually grab beers and get the appetizers here. They don't mess around too much with the amount of meats they put into their soups which is always great.

For one of these longstanding touristy spots, this place was solid. The staff were really attentive and great, and the food was pretty good. We had a large group on a tour and the staff were incredibly helpful with supplying us with all that we needed, including a screen, projector, and even a clicker. Our space was on the second floor, though, and for those with mobility issues the only option is a chair lift that rides up. Still, the space felt like it was entirely ours and as a result was more quiet and accommodating.
