Very nice lobster. Staff was very accommodating. We had the sensation of being on a boat and may lead to mild sea sickness.

Not just for tourists! I really enjoy going to DiMillo's. I've never had a full meal but I've had the mussels every time and they might be the best mussels I've had in Portland - it's a generous portion with no gritty bits. The shrimp cocktail is $5 per shrimp but each piece is huge! I also like the Petal Pusher cocktail, the always friendly waitstaff, and of course the view.

Beautiful ambience. A beautiful. Not a bad seat in the house. Excellent Scallop and dill soup as the soup of the day. The scallops were so tender! The lobster mac we share as a table as an appetizer. Marscapone cream really made the dish creamy and rich. Our Lazy lobster was plentiful and delicious. The desert menu was something to be desired. Blueberry cobbler just okay. Make the topping more crunchy? Spanish coffee had no whipcream. But server gave us long spoons as if there was cream on top. Disappointed in server. For the caliber of restaurant this is. Thank goodness we were all foodies and understood the menu well.

Stopped for lunch (finally got to eat here!) on our way from Freeport to Old Orchard Beach. Friendly staff. EXCELLENT lobster mac and cheese. We got to eat outside under the awning on a hot day. You can park in their lot and they will validate you ticket for free. We walked around Old Port, Market and Exchange streets and used the parking meters.

Good and simple american seafood, great views to the ocean, especially recommended if weather is nice and you can seat outside.
