We had a great table upstairs over looking the boats and water. We all enjoyed our meal. The portion size was great for the money. The peacan ecrusted halibut was fantastic, very filling.

We sat out on deck under canopy protected from sun, it was a gorgeous day and the view of harbor was beautiful. Food was not as good as the view however...drink menu made up for the difference and was excellent. The appetizers (calamari and double oder of steamers) were very satisfying. The main entrees disappointed: In particular the seafood scampi was very bland and under seasoned just didn't have that deeply savory seafood flavor ? Although DiMillo's style lobster mac & cheese was the best i've ever had....better then Capital Grill!! If your in Portland this is a must visit destination.
